No ve vsech internetovych obchodech pisou, ze je to naprosto bezpecne i pri dlouhodobem uzivani, ale uz jsem v nekolika knizkach o onemocneni stev cetla, ze to neni dobre pouzivat delsi dobu, ze staci vlaknina z ovoce a zeleniny. Jsem z toho jelen |
to ja teda taky, protoze to psylium u nas na prednaskach dost chvali prave proto, ze se narozdil od jinych pripravku muze uzivat dlouhodobe
asi bude zas platit - vseho s mirou
Rhi - zkus treba nejaky jogurtovy napoje, anebo treba domaci, ja si vzdycky namocim ovesny vlocky a pak do toho hodne ruznyho ovoce(banany, broskve, merunky...) a rozmixovat, hodne to zasyti a staci vypit treba sklenka dve na svacinku |
