Já jsem taky plíživě přibrala. Jen jsem si teda myslela, že je to naopak a víc člověk zhubne cvičením než jídlem. Já teda necvičím, ale s dítětem mám víc pohybu než před ním. Zkusím ještě omezit to sladké ke kafi k práci, ale jestli je to fakt věkem....  _________________

Já jsem třeba po dítěti byla nejhubenější za x let. Většinu kg jsem shodila hned v porodnici a zbytek šel dolů asi s kojením. Bohužel už jsem teda zas nabrala a podruhé to zkoušet nebudu  _________________
