Papriky taky zrovna máme, manžel z nich právě teď dělá něco jako lečo a zbytek do salátu jinak díky. Teď se vlastně nosí roušky ale tu odhodím hned jak to půjde a radši budu brát ty vitamíny... Ale dezinfikovat si ruce v tom určitě budu pokračovat, nosím to s sebou a dezinfikuju hned jak vystoupím, to určitě bude prospěšné i kdyby už virus nebyl, proti chřipce apod. Ale já chřipky moc nemívám, spíš rýmy a tak celkově pocit nachlazení.

vill: a boli te to ucho, kdyz jdes napr. plavat nebo je i stale takove "zalehle"? mohlo by to byt "swimmer's ear". nevim, jak to je cesky a jak rika alishka, jsou na to kapky. je to nejaky zanet z vody (muzou to byt i nejake fungus) a je to dost caste, znam hodne lidi, co to melo a ja to mela pred 2 lety lehce taky (nastesti jsem to podchytila vcas v prvnich par dnech meli jsme doma ty kapky). krom kapek se doporucuje nechodi 2 tydny do vody a i kdyz se sprchujes, tak davat pozor, aby do usi netekla voda.

jako prevence je fajn nosit do bazenu takovy silikonovy spunty do usi. ja uz bez nich do bazenu nejdu.

Swimmer's ear is also known as otitis externa. The most common cause of this infection is bacteria invading the skin inside your ear canal. Usually you can treat swimmer's ear with eardrops. Prompt treatment can help prevent complications and more-serious infections.

Symptoms

Swimmer's ear symptoms are usually mild at first, but they can worsen if your infection isn't treated or spreads. Doctors often classify swimmer's ear according to mild, moderate and advanced stages of progression.
Mild signs and symptoms

Itching in your ear canal
Slight redness inside your ear
Mild discomfort that's made worse by pulling on your outer ear (pinna or auricle) or pushing on the little "bump" in front of your ear (tragus)
Some drainage of clear, odorless fluid

Moderate progression

More-intense itching
Increasing pain
More-extensive redness in your ear
Excessive fluid drainage
Feeling of fullness inside your ear and partial blockage of your ear canal by swelling, fluid and debris
