Holky, co mate po porodu... Cvicim, jsem zpevnena, ve stoje to vypada uz i celkem dobre, i kdyz mam porad trochu bricho, ale kdyz se predklonim, vyvali se mi hrozny pupek. Nevim, jestli je to vytahana kuze, spek, nebo kombinace obojiho... A trochu me to stve. Je to normalni? Jde s tim neco delat?  Ja se nechci rouhat, ve 33 po dvou detech. Ale proste jsem doufala, ze se to srovna.  _________________

Než někoho odsoudíš, obuj si jeho boty a přejdi jeho cestu, přejdi jeho minulost, okus jeho slzy, zažij jeho bolest, radost, přejdi roky, kterými prošel on, klopýtni na každém kameni, na kterém klopýtl. Za každým klopýtnutím vstaň a jdi dál tak, jak to udělal on. A až potom můžeš chování druhých soudit a tvrdit, že někoho znáš. Ano, nesuď člověka, dokud se neprojdeš v jeho botách. |

Ono to bude taky chtít přestat žrát večer a přestat se krmit sladkým. Protoze já už 5 měsíců 2x - 3x týdnĕ poctivě makám. _________________
