po praci (a hlavne hodinove zacpe, ktera me zcela vycerpala - ta trasa trva normalne 15 min a dnes to bylo 70min... uf! kazdopadne jsem za tim volantem neusla, takze dobry) 5km beh

Dve kratke cca 10min meditace, jednu jsem zvladla v prubehu pracovniho dne
Sla jsem domu pesky
Byla jsem na sebe hodna v situacich, kdy bych se jinak zkritizovala. Zkusila jsem se chovat k sobe tak jak bych si prala, aby se ke me choval nekdo jiny v tehle situaci. Bylo to nezvykle
Spala jsem az do 8h
A ted je deset a jdu taky spat!

ja jsem dlouho spala a krom toho nic. mela jsem strasne busy v praci a koncila fakt pozde. takze vyjimecne zafny cviceni ani prochazka.
